Secrets of Sciatica (SOS) is a 6 hour workshop and lecture. Topics covered are Basic Anatomy & Biomechanics of the lower spine and pelvic girdle. Pathway of the Sciatic Nerve, Postural Analysis, Treatment of the Sciatic Nerve using a variety of healing principles.

Treatment Principles include:

Anti Gravity Massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Accupressure, Craniosacral, SI joint Mobilization, Body Optimalization, Stretching, McKenzie, & Salsa Dancing.
